About Esosong LLC

Building the digital backbone of modern organizations.

Esosong LLC is a technology solutions company headquartered in Ghana, serving institutions, SMEs, faith communities, and enterprise clients across Africa and beyond. We build secure, scalable, and practical digital platforms — not slideware.

Our story

From a small engineering team to a multi-discipline technology firm.

Esosong LLC was founded to address a frustration we kept hearing from leaders across Ghana and the wider region: technology projects that overpromised and underdelivered. Vendors that disappeared after the launch event. Platforms imported from abroad that never quite fit local realities.

We started with custom software development — building the line-of-business tools that retire spreadsheets and connect disconnected processes. Over time, we expanded into cybersecurity, IT service management, managed services, Microsoft 365, and business automation. Today we operate as a multi-discipline technology firm across four pillars: Build, Secure, Operate, Transform.

Our flagship products — EruditeIMS for schools and MyFaithLife for churches — are built on the same operational disciplines we bring to bespoke client work: multi-tenant architecture, role-based security, audit-ready logs, and the assumption that what gets built will be run, not just demoed.

Mission, vision & values

What we work toward, and what we won't compromise.

Mission

To deliver secure, practical, and operator-grade technology that helps African organizations operate smarter and serve better.

Vision

A region where every institution — large or small — has access to the same caliber of digital infrastructure as the global enterprise.

Our approach

Pragmatic engineering. Honest scoping. Security wired in. Documentation that outlives the team that wrote it.

Value 01

Substance over surface

We deliver real working systems. Demo-ware, vapor, and decks dressed up as products are not in our vocabulary.

Value 02

Security from day one

Identity, audit logging, rate limiting, encryption, and access control are wired into our work — not retrofitted after a breach.

Value 03

Operator-grade engineering

We build software the way operations teams will actually need to run it: multi-tenant, audit-ready, observable, recoverable.

Value 04

Market fluency

We understand the realities of the markets we serve — statutory compliance, payment rails, mobile-first users, infrastructure constraints.

Value 05

Long-term partnership

We don't disappear after launch. Documented systems, knowledge transfer, and post-launch SLAs are part of every engagement.

Value 06

Plain talk

Clear scope, clear pricing, clear status. No jargon, no smoke, no surprise invoices.

By the numbers

Built in Ghana. Engineered for the markets we serve.

Our work reflects the realities of the markets we operate in. PAYE bands, SSNIT contributions, GRA reporting, Ghana Post digital addresses, Mobile Money rails, PayStack, MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash — these are not afterthoughts in our software. They are the way our software is designed from day one.

That fluency lets us serve the African market with confidence — and gives our work the rigor it needs to compete globally. We deliver to clients across Ghana and the wider West African region today, with engagements extending into the broader continent and beyond.
